Randibella embarked on her healthcare career in 2004 as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), marking the beginning of a path that would lead to remarkable accomplishments. Building on her foundational skills, she then advanced her expertise to become a Medication Aide (MA), honing her abilities and deepening her understanding of patient needs.
In 2008, Randibella achieved a significant milestone by earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) from the esteemed Texas Woman`s University in Dallas. Equipped with a strong academic foundation, she ventured into the dynamic field of healthcare, serving as a dedicated nurse at Medical City, Dallas. Her compassionate care and clinical acumen also found expression in her role as a home healthcare nurse and a case manager at 1st Precious Home Health Agency.
The year 2013 marked another transformative chapter in Randibella`s journey as she graduated with a Master`s degree in Nursing (MSN) from Texas Woman`s University, achieving the prestigious title of Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). Embracing this advanced role, she began her tenure as a primary care provider for a prominent family practice in Dallas, Texas. Randibella`s expertise, empathy, and commitment to holistic patient care have consistently shone through in her practice.
Never one to rest on her laurels, Randibella`s pursuit of excellence led her to pursue further education. In 2018, she achieved the pinnacle of academic accomplishment by earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree (DNP) from Texas Woman`s University. This remarkable achievement reflects her dedication to pushing the boundaries of knowledge and expertise in the pursuit of better healthcare outcomes.
